Personality Dimensions® Wellness Report Train-the-Trainer

You won’t be surprised to hear that Canadians feel Covid 19 is having a negative impact on their stress levels and mental health. That is why we and the folks at Career Life Skills Resources felt the time was right to develop a PD® Wellness Report. This report, seen through the lens of Personality Dimensions®, will help participants identify how they can have a greater sense of wellness. This in turn will help them counteract the negative effects of the stress that they are experiencing.

You may be wondering how to use this report when teaching a Wellness Workshop or coaching an individual around wellness. That is why we have put together a half-day Train the Trainer session that will answer these questions.

If you're a Personality Dimensions® expert working with corporate leaders to provide training, the Wellness Report is the perfect addition to your services! We'll train you on how to effectively use this new report with your groups and workshops.

We will:

  • show you how to introduce the idea of wellness and the wellness wheel

  • show you how to introduce and debrief the wellness report

  • give you the opportunity to experience some activities that you could use in a wellness workshop

  • answer any questions that you have about facilitating the workshop or coaching an individual using the Wellness report

As an additional bonus, you will have the opportunity to receive your personalized Personality Dimensions® Wellness Report and receive five additional Wellness Report credits to use with clients at no additional cost.

The next session is running Wednesday, January 13th, 2021 - 1pm to 5pm EST.  If you can't make that one, it's running again on February 4th, 2021 - 1pm to 5pm EST.
