We have put hundreds of people in corporate settings through Personality Dimensions and have received nothing but positive feedback. People have told us it has helped them understand themselves and others more effectively and has led to more productive work relationships with co-workers, managers, staff, stakeholders and clients.
The beauty of the tool is it is simple to administer, either on-line or in the classroom, and the results are easily understood and applied to a variety of work situations in the corporate, public and not-for -profit sectors. It can also be used effectively at different levels within the organization – with leaders, managers, supervisors and/or employees.

To me the outstanding contribution of Personality Dimensions is the social context of the introductory presentation of the theory and then the social dynamics of learning about temperament through social interaction and conversations. Without that social interaction, it is just another traits & characteristics inventory--valuable but not unique.

I have been using the PD tool for over 5 years and being a management development and corporate trainer for over 10 years, I have found this particular assessment tool to be the 'assessment of choice' amongst our facilitation team and, more importantly, our clients. We use the PD assessment for a wide verity of applications including recruitment and retention, leadership training, customer service and sales skills and team building activities. The PD assessments have been one of the most effective tools for our clients who report that the practicality and easy adaptability of the information from PD has increased productivity, improved communications and relationships and increased morale.

I had the pleasure of attending a workshop to become certified as a facilitator in Personality Dimensions in January 2008. With Scott Campbell at the helm, the group spent 3 days searching our true selves, and learned to become more understanding of ourselves and others through exploration of a person’s temperament. I have now conducted 2 workshops on Personality Dimensions, and the buzz in the halls at the office is exciting. It has been interesting to hear my colleagues talking about their colours and that they now understand why some of their peers do the things they do. I hear them talking about how to approach team members in a more positive way. It is most satisfying to be part of a program that energizes others and creates respect within the team.
